You may return your on-line purchase for any reason within 10 days from receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding all our roundtrip freight costs.
As our products are offered with free freight, please be aware that our actual roundtrip freight costs will be deducted from your return refund.
Please keep in mind that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and that all sale items are non returnable final sale. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy, where roundtrip freight costs will be deducted from your refund.

in order to receive a printed bill of lading and operative instructions; afterwards, merchandise can be shipped back to Rexite - in the original condition it was received and duly packed in the original packaging, otherwise additional charges may be applied - at the address listed below:
