Julian Brown
Julian Brown was born in Northampton, in Great Britain, in 1955.
He took his degree in Industrial Design and subsequently started his activity at the David Carter Associates practice; he then completed his professional training obtaining a Master degree in Industrial Design from the Royal College of Art, followed by a co-operation with the Porshe Design practice. In 1986 he started to work as a professional and, together with Ross Lovegrove, he founded the Lovegrove and Brown Design Studio in London, designing for prestigious names such as Louis Vuitton, Parker, British Airways, Knoll ...
Having ended his co-operation with Lovegrove, Brown then opened the Brown practice, in which he continued to deal with industrial design, won international awards, and lectured at the "Hochschule der Kuenste" of Berlin.
He currently works and lives in Bath, Great Britain.
